I had hundreds and hundreds of massages during my lift. This must rank among the worst. The woman must be untrained making elementary mistakes: massaging against the blood flow; pressing hard on bone; jumping from one end to the other etc. And at the end charged 50 dollars for a massage which was advertised on the window for 35. Explanation: I had to work hard.. Don't go there, total ripoff

I don't usually review but wanted to put up some information that would have helped me if I was looking at this place. Their massage would be better for someone who likes a very firm, deep massage, and has a higher pain threshold than I do. I have given only 2 stars, because even when I asked for a lighter pressure (and I generally like it fairly firm) then it was changed for a little while, and went back to very hard again. I also asked for a very sensitive bone to be left alone, but it was still massaged, even after asking a few times, and I was told that I can't say 'don't touch'. I was left very sore and bruised, so I hope this helps for others like me.

I dropped in on a whim post supermarket shop. I've got old injuries in my back and neck which I maintain via chiropractor and the odd massage when I can fit it in. I normally steer clear of mall masseuse as they tend to be too hard/pointy which aggravate rather than relax, but thought I'd give it another go out of convenience. The owner was a lovely personable asian woman who felt my back and recommended full back massage which could've been a sale spitch (fair play) but I already knew my whole body was pretty stressed. I only had 30-mins though and being my first time requested back/neck/shoulder massage which was $50. I requested 'soft' as figured I could always ask for harder. My massage was a mix of kneading, acupressure and rhythmic strokes which was great combo. Started with dry and then moved to a light non-greasy oil. The pressure was perfect for the majority of massage, only the odd time where a spot might've been too much and then I'd just tell her or she could tell and adapted to suit. There was some sort of pointy style towards the end which was a little unusual, but I 'went with it' as figured it must have a benefit of some sort and it was bearable. Afterwards she cleaned the oil off my back with a hot flannel (LOVE that, takes the whole experience up a level) and applied some sort of balm (not sure it was Tiger but it was uplifting and again good product). Overall it was a really good experience for a 'drop-in' massage. If you like hard pressure/sports massage type then this place would be ideal (esp for tradies) and I'd go a full body massage first time just to get a feel for what works for you and then dial it back if need be. If you're like me and a bit more sensitive or have old injuries then you just need to be very clear upfront about preferred pressure and point out any tricky 'no go' zones on your body. So next time send your other half to do the food shop and treat yo'self!

I wish I’d read the reviews before going as I expected a fairly relaxing experience. Definitely more suited to someone who has a very high pain threshold and doesn’t mind a firm, deep tissue massage When I flagged (quite a few times) that the pressure was too painful and it was eased momentarily before resuming and I ended up leaving with bruising. Don’t think it’s the place for me
