★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really wanted to give it 5 star, because my friends love this place but not anymore since they saw what happened. It was my first time at Paraoa Brewing Co... And I heard about bad experiences with the older guy being rude to customers and to posties from others and reviews. I went with an open mind to enjoy a cover band paid full price tickets. Unfortunately the rumours were true. Wow, the older guy was so rude! He yelled at me to speak louder not in the customer service kinda of way where the bar tender wants to help or understand but he said "we speak loud here" And mumbled something like "we speak kiwi or clearly here" I'm Mexican American, so i found it rude because he clearly hear my accent. He wasn't even speaking loud or clearly to other customers,but yelled at me for not speaking loud enough? Very unfortunate. I didn't want to be there after that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to give a special shout out to Chris, Courtney, and Kaitlyn. They all made our night, they provided excellent service. Chris made the best cocktails, Courtney and Kaitlyn provided amazing service. Can’t recommend this place enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were the first ones in for lunch mid week. Staff were super friendly and helpful, even helping us move outside to the patio mid way through to catch a view of the sea. We ordered a couple of kids burgers which were MASSIVE. For a 2 and 6 year old we definitely could have split one order. Adults are wings (delicious but a smallish order) beer battered chips (yum!) And ceviche. Only complaint is I wish the ceviche came with something more substantial to dip into it. Everything was great. Mum and Dad are looking forward to returning without the kids one of these times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such delicious food! Burger, pizza, burrata, beef shin, and pork belly, enjoyed by all. Great friendly staff, quick service on a Saturday night.
Will be back to try some drinks of the cocktail list :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience. Yummy food, nice atmosphere, good drink recommendations and attentive staff.
A couple that were sitting at a table near us (Appeared to be the owners) were quite loud and getting up and passing our table lots to tell staff what to do. If they are the owners, I would provide feedback that they could have a bit more trust in their staff.

Drink was different not that pleasant
