Please be aware we are only able to vaccinate 65 years and over patients registered at Mahara Health at this stage.
Times:
If your surname starts with:
A to E 09.00am - 10.00am,
F to L 10.00am -11.00am
M to R 11.00am - 12.00pm
S to Z 12.00pm - 1.00pm.
NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY. Please stay in your car when you arrive, we will come to you.
This is also for those that do not have a car you can come on foot at those times.
Only those patients that have not had a flu vaccine before will need to wait for 15 minutes.
If you have recently had covid (2 weeks ago) or currently have covid please do not come to the practice for your flu injection on Saturday , we will be running more clinics. Please wind down both windows when we approach you in your car.

In fact, some of our friends and family live around Waikanae and they DID happen to come across her at the front desk in the past. They also mentioned her rudeness and unprofessionalism. Just plain unpleasant. Her sullen and unwelcome expression during and after the visit didn't help. If that kind of attitude represent my business and practice I'd be losing reputation and many of my customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors and nurses are lovely, most of receptionists are helpful and great to deal with too however Sue the receptionist had a habit of talking over the top of me.
I called up needing to address 2 things one of which was that I wanted to know the results of my bloods, Sue cut me off before I could get to the next part of my query and after obtaining my details she said “if you checked myindici the results are there” - well if you let me finish my sentence you’d know that I’ve been having trouble logging in and that a practice I was registered at years ago was getting my queries that I submitted on the online form. I felt like I had to cram the whole situation in in order to not be talked over. Not impressed with what has otherwise been a great experience with this practice so far..
