Visited Team Medical after own practice unable to attend to my husband who had received a severe cut which needed stitches. The attention we received was second to none in spite of the fact they were so so busy Dr Christine Coulter was the only doctor on duty totally unflappable and cheerful as were all the nursing staff. A big thank you. Ten out of ten.

Our young son has had respiratory issues since he was born, over the last 2 years he has been admitted to hospital 5 times for the same thing. We regularly need to visit team medical after hours because his breathing issues deteriorate so rapidly and are ALWAYS treated poorly by the reception staff. The doctors that we’ve had at Team Medical are always fantastic and caring for our baby, but the reception staff have always been the opposite. It seems the practice doesn’t care because they continuously have so many horrible reviews.

Today I had a very good experience at Team Medical with Glenda, she is an expert nurse, very knowledgable, a very good communicator and a kind a friendly person as well. I also think very highly of Vanessa Souter, she is a brillient GP, she's really knows her stuff, she friendly, she engages with her patients, she is genuinely interested and she does what she says she is going to do and follows up on lab results etc, she's great. Today I even found reception excellent. This has not always been the case. There are several problems with the practice. There aren't enough receptionists, getting through on the phone can be a nightmare, their accounting systems is rather dodgy, with me constantly having to questions the accounts, which I have never had to do at any other practice. Their mastery of Manage My Health is abissmal and the system is not properly utilised, which means either their IT person is not training the staff properly or not sorting out the problems. I have been at another surgery where they used Manage My Health and it worked just fine. On a better note, I find their emergency service excellent.

The receptionists were extremely rude and disrespectful. One of the females was making rude and inconsiderate remarks towards me. Because you are losing clients like myself, you need better and more respectful employees. The receptionists have ALOTΒ to learnΒ when it comes to providing good customer service. I give it one star.

I went to Team Medical the day before Good Friday last week. I'm not enrolled there but couldn't get an appointment at my own practice for another week. I expecting a looooong wait in the urgent clinic but I was in so much pain and so desperate for help I was willing to sit it out as long as was needed. As it happened, I didn't have to wait long at all! But what I appreciated most of all - so much so that it almost moved me to tears - was the kindness and wonderful treatment from all the staff I encountered. Ruth and Claire the nurses and Dr Aoife were absolutely wonderful; so kind, helpful and empathetic and I felt truly listened to for the first time in a very long time. I appreciated it so much, their warmth and kindness absolutely made my day, despite being in so much pain! If only they were taking enrolments right now I would make the switch in a heartbeat! Thank you so much team <3

We went in tonight with our daughter, the nurse who was on tonight(I think her name's Claire) is always amazing the few times we've seen her over the years. Dr walker was fantastic too, very thorough assessment and management of her condition. Our little one had a very high level of care tonight. Thank you both so much.

I don’t know how Team Medical is still operating or hasn’t fired their reception staff after all the bad feedback. Reading through some of these reviews, I’m not shocked at all. The receptionist is horrible to deal with. She has no people skills whatsoever and doesn’t know how to be kind. She is so rude. Receptionists set the tone for a doctors office, and they set a nasty tone from the second you call up for an appointment. I’ve heard really bad feedback about team medical over the years, (one time in which my ex-partner returned home in tears because he was made to feel belittled and stupid because English was his second language), but never experienced it for myself until today. And I will never go back to Team Medical. They need to desperately change their receptionist(s). People shouldn’t be working in front of house roles unless they can interact respectfully and kindly with the public.

I had an iron infusion from Glenda today and I had the most professional and superior experience. Glenda explained things perfectly and was very careful to make sure I knew what to expect. I have had hundreds of blood tests and line insertions and I never felt this at all. I didn't even know she had taken the line out! Really, really impressed. Thank you Glenda ?
