I have been going to a new place for every haircut as I couldn’t find anyone for my taste or comfort zone .. found one or two good ones but not for this value.
My haircut and beard trim was done by JR ( name can be wrong: sorry for that), he did a fantastic job and man, first time i felt like pricing and service was bang on!
I think this place is gonna me regular barbers, since i arrived in Nz( more than three years now).
Good Hair Cut
Best beard trim i had in Nz.
And Pricing is just awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming here since 2015 ..always top notch service and skilled barbers. I got a haircut in Jan and the hair were cut unevenly(especially the side locks) .. I thought a one off however I went for a hair cut last month and again on last Sunday - similar experience, the guy was rushing ....not at all happy with the haircut....
Spoke to Mal after this experience - His customer service is great and he is passionate business owner, he offered me to go for a free haircut at other Mal's branch.
Vivian is an awesome barber! very happy with my last hair cut.

Reason i gave 2 star is when i visited shop today to get haircut, barber working on 2nd seat was not wearing mask. 2nd seat from entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually good here and never had any problems, but last haircut at Ellerslie store was one of the worst I’ve ever had. Barber completely didn’t listen to what I asked for and cut most of the hair off with giant sheers rather than just tidied up the curls on top - they’re now gone and he made a complete uneven mess. If you find a good barber at the store, only stick with them - too hit and miss other wise.
