In the time Margo has looked after my properties, they have never been empty and she has found good local tenants who appreciate the properties and really look after them. The regular inspection reports are informative and any maintenance issues are swiftly taken care of with minimum of my time needed. Even though I live in Wanaka, I still prefer to use Margo as a property agent as it frees up my free time to deal with my other businesses. Highly recommended!

As overseas landlords, we had to leave our beloved property in someone else's hands and trust that it would still feel like "ours" when we returned. We had some very good choices and recommendations from friends but we are so pleased with Manage My House. We have peace of mind knowing that Melissa or Margo will be in touch in there is anything we need to know or anything we need to do. I feel like we've left our property in the hands of a very trusted experienced old friend!

If there are any issues that need to be fixed they deal with them quickly and efficiently, we do not have to deal with anything. I love how they ensure the property is cleaned to a high standard so when we come in for summer there are no issues and the house is perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone planning on using Manage my house for property management
