Not a bad place to stop for the night. Plenty of space to park.
Two toilets with cold running water. Need a really good clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for a night, camping in a tent. It was full without being too full. There were some local youths listening to music from their car, eyeballing everyone who drove in. The toilets weren't great, but they did the job. Beautiful place though, with a nice spot by the water. The train rolls through the valley late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice river, good walks, get up and close with white cliffs. Te Kuiti town only 5 mins drive so makes an easy stay. Be aware some local teens like to meet up there but they respect campers and stay away from families.
