I was totally blocked in the lower spine and sacrum and already frustrated with my condition when i first came to her.
After a couple of treatments and taking part in her fantastic rehab-class, i am the person i was before: pretty fit, flexible and got my normal pace back!! On top of that, she taught me ( who has done yoga for more than 30 years ) how to support and relax my body with simple actions.

Her follow up rehab movement classes are excellent. I have learned how to use my body in a different way and learned alternatives to my previous lifting and stretching techniques. I had been previously going to another Oesteo for months for treatment on my lower back, with no progress or improvement. Within a couple of sessions with Jacquelyn, my back began to heal. She really wanted to get to the bottom of my pain, and was so thorough and genuinely caring, it was so refreshing and appreciated. I recommend Jacquelyn's practise to everyone who needs help with healing! She is amazing :-)

I had a long standing hip injury with moderate day to day pain (my injury wasn't an easy fix!) and she was able to get my body to a point of being pain free - there are no words to describe that! I would highly recommend her. As well as being incredibly experienced she is also very intuitive, I really loved her multi-discipline approach to health and well being.
