★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service I received from Mann Travels. I realised that they are completely untrustworthy as I received an appalling standard of service from their behalf. In 2021 I had purchased flight tickets from them but due to the Covid pandemic therefore my flight was cancelled. They mentioned that this was my fault and wasted a whole year to give me my refund for the ticket. They also didn’t give me my full refund and deducted $150 from it. An employee by the name of Jamal Khan said that there are many credit vouchers pending for previous customers, however another employee said that their company does not give us credit vouchers, therefore their stories didn’t match. I have never received such ridiculous behaviour and service from anywhere before. I expected qualify service however I was utterly disappointed at the way this situation was handled, so I had to address this issue and had to take immediate action myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been buying flight tickets from Mann travels from long time but this time I dealt with Gursweek, such a nice girl so cooperative,so humble,patient and helpful, highly recommendable. Gursweek has gone over and above to assure we have understood the requirements that need to be met in order to travel, due to covid. I had several questions throughout the process, which he answered in a quick manner, so that we could make sure everything was done on time. :)
One of the best Customer Service I have ever received.

Mann Travel First guaranteed a price for 24 hours for a particular flight. when I called for payment the next day within that 24 hour time frame I was told the agent I was speaking to isn't working today and I should call again tomorrow and also said they have extended the booking on the same price for another 24 hours.
And guess what the next day when I called Mann travels, they very conveniently said "sorry the price has increased by 300 dollars and they are extremely sorry about it".
Seems like a very convenient scam to increase the prices just like that. very unhappy and would not recommend this agency to anyone for booking their travel. complete waste of time.
