After getting the date sorted to fly back for a holiday, a death happened in my family whereby I had to reschedule my flights. It was a heart breaking and a frustration situation at that time. Navi went out of his way with his outstanding expertise and the most important part of the service was how he emphasised. He was very supportive and made it work with an affordable fare and stress free journey. I will be calling him for any bookings and recommending him to my families n friends. Thank you so much for the customer focus, staying late to get things sorted. As a banker I really understand how a great service impacts an Happy abd also an unhappy customer.
