★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was introduced to this place the first time by a friend and we had keratin treatment together. Great location along Great South Road but parking needs to be somewhere at Hunters Plaza which is a good 5-minute walk back to the salon. It wasn’t a great experience at first because the hair dryer was too hot that I felt my scalp burning ? so I had to tell the hairstylist to keep the hairdryer farther or at least drop the heat slightly lower. She did eventually but kept on explaining that it needs to be that hot because it’s how keratin treatment works. The second visit was a better experience. I was offered tea and it was a very good masala tea. Loved it! The one who did my hair was the owner and she was very easy to talk to. I was hoping to visit them again the 3rd time but they were not as responsive as I would have expected. Texted them and tried to call them to see if I could book in the next day but no reply.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady was so unprofessional she should’ve been prepared if she knew she was having a client scheduled for an eyelash appointment and tells me that she is out of stock for the lash glue and calls me 10 minutes before my booked appointment to cancel I do not recommend this place go somewhere else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. She didn’t do the hairstyle according to the picture she said she will do and such a dishonest lady she still charged me full price. Not happy at all. Unprofessional. Not recommended.

Staff members are extremely passionate, caring, helpful and professional. Excellent customer service. Simar is not only exceptionally skilled with her tools but also an absolute darling!
