★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very beautiful holiday home. Nice scenaries beautiful flowers bushes, cattle field farming are excellent. The holiday home itself is very comfortable with all amenties. Very very beautiful place and excellent option for tourists also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a lovely stay . The rooms were lovely clean and modern .Enjoyed our lovely breakfast to start the day . Bed is so comfortable and enjoyed the Spa after a long day driving . Especially, like to thank hosts Susie and Alan are so lovely, welcoming and helpful even went out of their way to drop us off in town where our truck was . Definitely stay here again .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved staying at Manuka Lodge and can only recommend it, the pictures don’t give justice to the place. We loved the breakfast, the fireplace in the lounge, having a chat with the hosts and the other guests, the warm home, the spa area. Allan and Susie are wonderful hosts! We stayed there in winter - super easy access to Turoa, and 45 min to Whakapapa. We will certainly come back. Thanks for the lovely stay!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made an impromptu trip to Ohakune, over Labour weekend and were very warmly received by Alan and Susie at the lodge. They are super-friendly and we had some lovely conversations over a home-cooked breakfast that I would describe as thoughtfully prepared and delicious. Thanks to their suggestions and advice, we could make the most of our short stay in Ohakune, with lovely bush walks in Ohakune and a trek upto the Taranaki waterfall through Tongariro bush and native grass; even getting an opportunity to go up Mount Ruapehu and watch the skiers in action on the last day of ski season! The room in the lodge was very comfortable and tastefully designed and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into even the littlest details. The bathroom was modern and neat. We came back with some homemade honey, good memories and two new friends in Alan and Susie! Looking forward to visiting there again and we'd certainly recommend them to anyone looking to travel upto Ohakune. :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s wonderful traveling in your own country especially when you find such nice and welcoming hosts as Alan and Susie. Their purpose-built home is ideal as a wonderful place to stay. Everything was clean and, in its place, Breakfast and the dinning area where we chatted with other guests was fabulous. Room to dry your ski gear. Our stay at Manuka Lodge was good value for money.
