★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little Backpackers right in the centre of Ohakune. Great location friendly staff and good facilities with onsite parking. Value for money is right can’t do much wrong. Enjoyed the backyard with the blackberry branches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A tiny motel room ($128 a night) with everything we needed: friendly, helpful staff; ensuite shower; hot drink making; also kitchen unit and fridge) very good cafe brunch (carrot soup, toasted sandwhiches, breakfast choices); also has sauna and hot pool for hire on site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the best time! Fantastic accommodation, friendly staff and the on-site Cafe food! Delicious! I had the yummiest creamy musrooms and the best thickshake I've had for years! I look forward to coming back and exploring more of the area! ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a superb stay . Staff welcoming and friendly, made booking super easy and hassle-free. Deluxe ensuite room offers superb views and comfort. Great selection in their cafe and the coffee was excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! We had the best time here over the weekend! We had the TA crossing package and everything was as described! Spa was awesome, the facilities were fabulous, and the breakfast and coffees the next day were delicious! Highly recommend, will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay in Ohakune. I only stayed 1 night in a budget double room with shared bathroom, but I was very comfortable and slept really well. Good value, plenty of onsite parking, great kitchen facilities, very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We turned up late and they still made room for us. Our queen room was super clean, comfortable and quiet. Great value at $99 including en suite and basic kitchen facilities. Highly recommend this place. Very friendly and helpful new owners !
