β β β β β 4 hour wait. I get they had other emergencies to attend and my pet is no more important than the next but 4 hours is ridiculous. Glad they were full because I ended up finding a much cheaper option in west auckland

β β β β β It is very hard to rate this vet, but after some serious consideration and reading other pet owners reviews this was what I decided on. We took our cat, our baby of 12 years having breathing problems and in serious destress, everyone was professional and showed appropriate empathy but we where givin the choice as soon as she was assessed to pay or uthenise, we could not pay the preliminary $1300, no alternative payment plan was offered and we could not take her home, and heartbreakingly had to put her down. We went in to say goodbye to her, she was tired but purring. This haunts me every day still. Some little life you love so much but could not afford the massive bill, it's a horrible choice. I hope you read my review and understand that when we chase to your clinic for help to be faced with this choice is not a choice anyone should have to make.

β β β β β Made to wait in carpark for over 4 hours..no updates.... had to keep asking .always same blank, uncaring response...we have 1 doctor and 4 in front of you ...even after watching everyone bar 1 leave....was told after 4.5 hours, nurse would come out as I told them our dog had vomited while waiting...left after no nurse and 5 hors . Disgraceful...

β β β β β My Daughter and I arrived with unwel kitten just before midnight.
We were satisfied with the over all visit and assessment. Gabriel the kitten is looking a whole lot better.
The Vet and Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

β β β β β This vet practice charges extremely high prices. Our dog visited the clinic three times in the space of two days presenting with the same problem, therefore a follow up. However, we were charged three surcharges.
After sending him home with no pain relief - a visit to our own vet confirmed that some of the medication administered during his stay was not warranted.
We approached them for a refund and were offered a marginal amount.

β β β β β Exceptional service. We had a dog pass away suddenly in our family and it was too difficult for us to deal with the body. Considering this happened late at night there wasnβt really anywhere we could turn to. I found this clinic and the lady who answered the phone was incredibly helpful. We took our dog to the clinic and the staff were very respectful and helpful in taking care of the body.
Respect and professionalism walk hand in hand with this company.

β β β β β This place has excellent service! Our dog got sick late at night and we went in around midnight. The nurse at the reception (couldn't find her name on the website) was really nice and took excellent care of our dogs till Dr Dalton could see them. The Doc was professional and carefully explained what had happened and explained what we had to do carefully.
