β β β β β Best health service I have experienced in New Zealand. My dog had two MMP surgeries done here. Surgery vet Bryan is so responsible that he even contacted me in the evening and at weekend. Throughout the process there were sufficient discussions, instructions and follow ups. And the fees are reasonable.

β β β β β An Exotic pet specialist suggested we euthanize or guinea pig over a month ago. Went for a second opinion from Pakuranga Vet Clinic. John worked with him and he is now well on the mend. Recommend John and the team for any guinea pig owners. #grateful

β β β β β Today my sick dog needed to go to the vets & they refused to let my son whoβs 1 in due to him not being vaccinated! Heβs 1! My husband was triple vaccinated wearing a mask. This is discrimination

The staff are just amazing and there for genuine reasons....love and care of animals and their owners. I had a recent scare with our beautiful fur baby and they moved heaven and earth to shuffle appointments to get Ella in and seen to as an emergencysituation.
Had we waited to end of day I really think we could have lost our beautiful dog.
Admist a pandemic, they are calm, kind and professional. Johnathon, the vet that we have seen twice now, is super on to it, explains everything to match your communication style and just down right on to it.
No unnecessary testing but clear communication around possible issues and appropriate care plan.
Thanks team ....you really have saved the day with our girl. She bounced back from lethargy, heavy panting and alot of pain within hours of getting antibiotics and pain relief in.

β β β β β Very kind and understanding people. We had to say goodbye to one more of our lovely lifelong pets panther. All made me feel relaxed and ok with what was happening. A special thanks to Becky and the lovely young lady receptionist who's name I can't recall, who held panther while he went to sleep.
