β β β β β Closed track but you donβt find out until you do the first 10 minutes of the hike. Need better signage to tell you itβs closed earlier.

β β β β β The 10 min walk to the stream is a nice easy walk on a well maintained track, however I continued on to do the Whites Track.

β β β β β Something different and less touristy. Easy walk to the stream and rock pools. The way to "The Coffins".

β β β β β First of all a bit of a disappointment. Misleading. Not enough information when you arrive on this track. The first sign say 10min to walk to the end of Marawhare track which is the start of White track. You then walk that 10min which is nice and easy and you get to an awesome spot, clean fresh water lake which you cross over to cary on the track. You carry on and get to another sign that says 45min to get to White beach. It's very refreshing, secluded with beautiful bush surroundings. There is a halfway spot to sit and overlook the beautiful piha coast. You then walk that 45min which that's where the hike starts with awesome stairs that a wide, spacious and gives you great traction however not much of a view when you reach the top because the trees are blocking the sight seeing spots. You carry on to the end which you'll come to a rocky road and then you look around for where to go next. That's what's disappointing because you think there's something exciting or some cool views to reward your awesome efforts of that hike. Not only that but you want to over look the coast of piha and see how far you've come. Sadly not really. Luckily we we're privileged to meet some people at the top who then told us about the track they did that was epic but that was going to take us another 75min to do. We did that track another days and boy was that more rewarding then Marawhara. I highly recommend doing Laird Track. I've reviewed that one - check it out ? happy tracking ??ββοΈ??ββοΈ

β β β β β A really nice, clean and almost flat short trail from the parking area to a stream crossing and the start of White Track.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the end of Marawhara Track. Itβs a Bush walk trail with woods, palms, and ferns.
Very easy to walk for anyone.
At the end of the trail, and the start of White Track, there is a shallow stream crossing and a good swimming hole. Take your swimsuit (togs) and relax in the water.
From the crossing, it is about a 45 minute walk to White Beach.
If you just continue along White Track uphill from the stream crossing, there are several overlook that have really great views north to Piha Beach and the mountains surrounding Piha.
