I’ve been using Maria’s training app for almost a year now, and I absolutely love it. A new 3-4 day training plan every 6 weeks, and Maria is always around to give advice on good exercise form, nutrition, or just life in general. If you’re looking for a way to stay motivated in the gym and keep your workouts in line with your goals, I highly recommend Maria’s training program ?

I have been using Maria's training app for a few years now love it, with a new training plan put together for me every 5 weeks there is not time to get bored with them. I carry a few injuries and Maria is very good at adapting my plans to suit what my body is capable of doing. The best thing is that Maria is always there for advise whenever I need it whether it be for training or nutrition. I highly recommend Maria Clark Personal Training

I have used Maria's training app for a while now and find it very easy to use. Maria is a highly experienced trainer who cares about helping all her clients achieve their personal goals with fitness and nutrition. I recently had surgery on my hip and after 3 weeks I was able to go back to the gym as Maria changed my online program so that I could exercise safely and make sure that my rehab was going smoothly. It was frustrating at times as I wanted to do more but Maria kept telling me to take it slowly. I'm so glad I listened to her as I am now feeling like I am back on track. I highly recommend Maria as a trainer.

Been working with Maria for the past few months and love the programs. After an initial assessment of what I was looking to achieve , she listened and designed a program which changes every 4-6 weeks so the variety is great, and it keeps me being challenged! After going to the gym for quite a few years, I have never really had a proper program so this is awesome as I don’t have to think about what I’m doing as it’s all there in the app!! It records everything, shows videos and tracks any personal bests. Maria has great communication so if you are not sure of anything , you just message and you receive a timely response. I Feel fitter and stronger since working with Maria and would 100% recommend her to anyone which I have. ?

I have been doing a 12 week programme with Maria and I am really happy with the results I am getting. Maria tailored a nutrition plan and workout programs for my specific goals and we have regular meetings to track my progress. This keeps me focused and motivated. Maria knows her stuff and is always available if I need to know anything and can make changes to the program to suit injuries etc. Highly recommend.

In 2009 I suffered a neck injury and on advice from my neurosurgeon to start a weight training programme I signed up with Maria as my personal trainer. As I was new to the gym and weight training, Maria designed a programme that meet my needs and goals. Although hard at first, Maria's passion and drive kept me going. I remember seeing a before and after photo of Maria and her journey which inspired me and changed my mindset from impossible to possible! Seeing this picture of Maria made me realise that she had walked her talk! Maria is an amazing, knowledgeable, qualified personal trainer and I would highly recommend her to ANYONE wanting an amazing, friendly, down to earth personal trainer. This lady knows her stuff!

After an initial consultation, Maria created a programme for me that is tailored specifically to my fitness goals. There is variation within the programme and after each workout I am provided with support and tips. I would highly recommend Maria as a personal trainer to anyone looking for dynamic workouts with great results.

At the age of 50 and never having used a personal trainer, I did Marias 12 week program. We set the goal I wanted to achieve, and while I had consistently weight trained over the years, she gave me such a new variety of exercises that I couldn't wait to get to the gym each day to try them out. She communicated with me throughout to make sure I was on track, and the best thing was, I hit my goals! I lost body fat and gained muscle and now have a new repertoire of exercises t take me forward. If you're looking for a personal trainer, I'd highly recommend Maria.
