The equipment counts your reps and guides you to how to correctly do the excercise... they also have lots of free group fitness classes held by personal trainers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you join, they will lie to you about the pricing, please be careful when dealing with them. The reception lady lied to me when I was signing up, she told me it was 29 per month, then when I checked my account withdrawals, they charge me 21 per week.
The monthly membership is also deceptive, I was under the assumption that I'm paying for a month, and I can cancel at anytime, but that's not the case, it is permanent membership but a month advanced notice for cancellation.
There are many reports of fraud throughout the internet regarding Snap Fitness. Some reports claim that they withdrawal money even after cancellation. I would highly suggest choosing an alternative.
