★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an awful experience here a few weeks back. The owner treated us like we were nothing, rushed us with all our orders, rolling his eye at us, real rude, wasn’t happy that we had a toddler in the restaurant, no one came back to take a second drinks order. The service was so horrible we didn’t even want to stay for dessert just paid over priced prices and left. He was stressed and we were the only ones in the restaurant
It was a terrible experience, we had hair in one of our meals and told them they laughed about it saying it’s not theirs.
Customers are the heart of the business - I suggest if you want to keep making sales and having customers you guys take a customer service course - all of you ✌?
Will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bit disappointed actually. Had supposedly 100%paua fritter. Ummmm not at all. They certainly had made them but there was more other mixture than paua. And as for the guy who greeted and served us, well it was all about his political stance and opinions verbalised throughout our dinner. Not appreciated at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, there is a new way to order takeaway fish'n'chips, we call it the gin and chips.
Order your takeaways and then sit and have a wonderful gin while you way.
It is truly life changing, you will never order takeaway fish'n'chips the same way again, and to top it all off, it was the best fish'n'chips we have ever had.
It really was that good.
It is a must.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great dining experience, a large plate of food, completely flexible with specific requests, seafood cooked to perfection, best chips in town, friendly chatty service, traditional salad unique and delicious. No boring salads or deserts here. Will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The male manager is completely rude and has no customer service skills at all, you feel rushed and talked down to when ordering. Meals take quite a while to come out despite the restaurant not being overall busy. Food Is okay but I certainly wouldn’t recommend here to dine in. Covid-19 protocols aren’t enforced or encouraged especially by staff members.
