★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was amazing and the staff were welcoming. We went in a group of 5 and ordered the banquet which was perfect for us we were very hungry! Definitely a restaurant to visit when you're in New Plymouth

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utterly disappointed. If I could award zero stars I would. Having been to this restaurant over the years many times, they have really gone down hill. We waited 1hr 35 mins, on ordering we were told it would be a 30 min wait. No apology, no explanation. On arriving home the food was luke warm. I will not be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Turns out Google reviewers do know what they are talking about! Chose this place based on the reviews and it was incredible. Every dish absolutely delicious. Glad we ordered more than we could eat because it was even better the next day. Decor was a little tired but that was soon forgotten when you tasted the food. Will be coming here again first chance we can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I'm all for conserving power, this place has taken it to the extreme. It was so dark in there due to not turning the lights on. Also was quite messy towards the back up the ramp. Food wise was average, nothing to get excited over. Would give the other Thai restaurants a try before heading back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered at 5.50pm, was told pick up would be 6.30. Arrived, only to wait a further 45 minutes. When collecting order, was asked to pay but not told of any backlog or a wait time on the order. Bearing in mind it hadn't even been cooked yet!! Not only that, was also overcharged for rice that was changed out for coconut rice, but didn't receive original rice that came with our order. Food was tasty etc but their lack of transparency about times and resulting wait on a birthday dinner was just appalling. You would think something extra would be included for having to wait, but no. Not even an apology for the huge wait. Wont be back, there are plenty of other options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was friendly and professional. The dishes were flavorsome and so nicely presented. We had the duck salad and a beef and ginger curry. The serving size was perfect for us. Pricing was very reasonable with plenty of dishes available at under $25. We will be returning.
