They do a good service and a chance to walk the Loop track along the river. They have a print of the walk down by where you can have one of their coffees.

Well every time I have gone to IC MotorsThere always seems to be a problem ,Like never give you a true pricing on anything And always seems to be a time problem when booking into get something worked on they're hopeless on keeping appointment a so called plug in diagnosis to take THREE HOURS .I must say that the staff on the time of booking in where pleasant then all turned to normal problems as in the past .??

I highly recommend Cromie. My truck broke down and I pretty much immediately needed a new one. A special thanks here to James Ostle, Sales manager and Selwyn Kahotea, Business manager for their absolute outstanding service ! I walked in Monday morning and picked up the truck 24 hrs later. Amazing customer service here ! Here you get looked after ! Next truck definitely here again. Thank you very much... Cheers

Good luck getting looked after when things go wrong with your vehicle. They don’t return your calls and leave you to escalate up to Hyundai New Zealand directly. Thanks Hyundai NZ and North Harbour Hyundai.

UPDATED: After 3 months the matter was resolved. The company they used to get the radio sorted also mucked up by ordering the wrong parts. James was just amazing to deal with - thank you for sorting the matter out when nobody else seem to care ? Worst customer service ever especially from Andrew in the secondhand sales department... Took a car for a test drive, decided I want it, had to wait for a few days to pick the car up to give them time to get it through a valet. When I went to pick the car up half the touch screen wasn't working, they had the car for another week just to find out it needs parts and it should be arriving by the 15th of January... When I got the car back, it was dirty, I have photo's to prove it. The car looked worse than when I took it for the initial test drive... well well well it's the 3rd of February and the parts has been sitting since whenever waiting for authorization from Andrew to get it fitted. The soonest it can be fitted is the 18th of February and the car was bought 6 December. I get that I bought the car at the busiest time of the year seeing that places close over the Christmas Break and covid isn't helping, but it's unacceptable that a car gets put on the yard to be sold without cleaning it or checking that everything is working properly. And then to hand the car over dirtier is even worse! I've rung Mark Cromie twice, left messages for Andrew's Manager to contact me without any luck. Communication from everyone I dealt with is non-existent. I would think twice before recommending anyone to buy from Mark Cromie Motor Group and I certainly won't use their services again.

The service team are fantastic. Came here with an ignition problem that could have meant a tilt tray home for the car. They diagnosed and replaced a dud ignition coil really quick. Highly recommended!
