Received high quality professional services from Garahame even after hours... he left the house in cold evening to serve us on Sunday. Also cant forget his personal care to me and my family. 2nd full service on my vehicle at a cost of $768. This included oil and filter change, fuel filter, pollen filter, brake and clutch fluid and standard service checks. I went in to collect it after saying there was no rush and was disappointed to see the car had not been cleaned inside and out. For the price I paid you would only expect to get a basic wash and vacuum. This is how I once left clients vehicles when working as a technician for another car manufacturer. After getting home I opened the bonnet to see raw diesel fuel all around the filter canister and connecting line work. Also you could see where it had run down inside of wheel arche. ... this is not upto standard!

First time got half way home and bonnet was bobbing. Garage hadn't shut it properly, that was after waiting a week for car to be ready. Second time garage error and I paid for someone else's service. Then the rigmarole of getting a refund. Wow such a hassle. Seriously.....

Agreed on a price and to have door vinyl issue repaired prior to pick up, signed docs and paid deposit. Upon pick up discovered that they now refused to repair door vinyl as it was too expensive. Pretty disappointed and the feeling of excitement in getting a new (to me) car was gone. Left the yard feeling ripped off.
