I spent over 20 minutes reviewing vehicles in the sales yard ... with car cleaning crew doing their thing (mid morning). A rather lacklustre salesperson cruised up and started a chat. Each time I wanted to have a close look at a vehicle he disappeared inside for a few minutes.
He knew a lot about various makes/models and appeared to listen to my concerns, queries and interest. But not being a good listener he missed my keeness to get into a new car. Honda won the day - by lunchtime it was - 'car out of the box', now awaiting pickup!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took a whole day but I am grateful they fixed the airbag safety issue.
Not a technical thing but found treatment from staff disappointing:- I understand they didn't want to fit my car seat in the courtesy car for safety reasons, however was pretty stink they stood and watched me struggling to carry the seat, pram etc between vehicles with a baby under one arm. The offer to help once I had finished was a bit of a joke.
