Wouldn't waste my time shopping there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had visited this store several months prior and spotted a painted wooden bowl, which I decided if still there I would buy. Visited with 2 other ladies on a busy market day. Had a brief look around the store, and spotted the bowl on way out. I picked it up to n my friends, all older ladies, and I was aghast, not at what was said, but the volumous tone and arrogance of how it was said. Have you all scanned...the also older shop assistant hollered. I don't scan I responded without looking up, and continued to check over the bowl I was about to spend $160 on. In that case, you will HAVE to go and sign in at the door. You are touching everything in the shop. (only thing touched was the bowl)
Just as loudly, I told her in that case, I will have to leave the shop, and I wont be buying the bowl.
Point is, to the owner, you need to invest in some serious staff training in customer service, as that did cost the sale. And, if you are the owner...time for a change of vocation lady, with an attitude like that...you are tired....
