★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't recommend the massages at MiGym enough. All the staff are very professional and I find the Bowen and cold laser from Jude especially effective at treating any injuries or ironing out tight spots before they become injuries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did all the treatments to experiment. It is hard to tell my favorite, because they are so great, treating exactly what I needed at the time. However, Bowen Therapy is one of my monthly 'to do list', helping to recover my muscles after training. Lovely place to be and highly recommend to every one.
