★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adelie is AMAZING! She does our workplace massages. She is professional, relaxing and can recognise the areas that need to be worked - she definitely knows what shes doing. The only thing that could do with a tweak is the chair... it creates an uncomfortable arch in the back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to massageworks throughout my last pregnancy to manage the inevitable aches and pains of loosening ligaments and found it really beneficial. Now in my second pregnancy I am looking forward to getting more help managing sore hips/back. The simple postural advice from the therapist was just as useful as the massage itself, and I still use the advice daily to avoid back pain. I have been to therapists with massage tables with the hole in the middle, but find that this is unnecessary with an experienced massage therapist. I can't wait for my next appointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked in for a pregnancy massage as my partner bought me a voucher and junco was a lovely person but unfortunately it was not what I expected at all. They did not have a proper pregnancy table so had to lie on my side the whole time. I only lay on one side so feel one hip was missed. I also ended up with a dead arm. I was also disappointed that it was not a full body massage and only my back and one hip were concentrated on. All the other pregnancy massages I’ve had have been full body. It felt awkward the whole time as the towels just kept slipping off and had to be readjusted the whole massage.
I unfortunately left feeling more sore than I started off.
I could feel She was a great massage therapist and it would have been an amazing massage had I been able to lie on my tummy on a proper table and have my whole body done.
I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone wanting a pregnancy massage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoy the Massage Works service. The online booking system is easy to use, so I can look through and get a time that suits me. For every visit, the therapist checks in with you before starting to see how your body is feeling and what they can work on for the session. Prior to my first pregnancy massage I was a bit nervous, however after my appointment I felt assured that I could chat to them throughout the massage about how I was feeling and if I was uncomfortable we would make adjustments (it is hard staying in one position when you are heavily pregnant!). I felt well supported – both physically and emotionally throughout my sessions. And, the massages have been amazing! They really know how to get into all the good spots!

I think I gave this lady rather a challenge.
After an hour deep tissue massage I felt like I floated out of the treatment room.
So much more movement and fluidity in areas that have been sore and stuck for a long time ... and some others I did not even know were there.
Highly recommended.
