★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online ordering a complete shocker. 0 stars. Item listed as 'in stock'. Item not available. Told coming from Christchurch. Not available. Now coming from New Plymouth. Given 2-4 days for arrival. It's already been 11 days. So over two weeks for an item that was listed as 'in store.'
Don't order online basically if you don't want to be taken for a ride

I would give a 0 star if possible.
I have always been a regular at Noel leeming Nelson and have had brilliant experience no matter what. From the store manager Mike, to the sales people like Cameron, Grace and John who prefer to go an extra mile to help the customer. Today i had my life’s worst experience as a customer from the store person Mariah (sorry if i couldn’t spell it correctly). I was treated like a slave, this person did not give me a single opportunity to speak when i asked for a price match. Instead of explaining calmly she kept on shouting and saying that i am most welcome to go and buy my stuff from other places like Harvey Norman who are selling it cheap.
On saying ‘i don’t think you want the store to have business’ she still repeated, this is our policy, you are most welcome to buy it from somewhere. I waited with her for 15-20 minutes at 11:45am while she said that she is calling Manager to help as she does not know how to use the gift card. Well, the manager did not come and Grace helped (good on you grace, and thank you). But Noel leeming management, if you are reading this, please take it seriously because i won’t tolerate this kind of behaviour from anyone. There was a camera just above where i was standing. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8/10 times always has stock for the items im looking for if everywhere else doesnt have it.. lower volume here means you pay slightly more but thats fine when you want something NOW ? friendly staff that go the extra mile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stocked well but there is a young male staff member who is very aggressive in his 'service'. You can hear him clear across the store while he interacts with customers which is uncomfortable and unnerving. He has a tendency to mock customers before helping under the guise of 'kiwi banter' but he's just plain rude.
