Outstanding customer service. Delicious food. Value for money. I went to Napier with my friends recently and had chicken malai tikka, tandoori chicken, dal makhani, chicken bhuna, chicken tikka masala with breads and gulab jamun as takeaway . Everything was perfect and so yummy.. over the food was the great customer service. Will definitely go there again, when re visiting Napier in future. Thanks ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This nice restaurant is set up with traditional Indian decor. The meal portion sizes and prices were fair. However, the korma curry that we ordered was quite sweet which I felt was not very authentic at all to the flavours of many Indian curries (especially as I have travelled to India). In saying this the staff showed great customer service when I asked about the sweetness. So, if you are like me and are after a more traditional Indian curry and like a bit more heat and spice in your food let the waiter know. I look forward to coming back and trying more of the food that was on the menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude and dissapointing service. We ordered online and had a missed call so we rung back. The lady that answered the phone was so confused about what was going on that she hung up on us. Our partners arrived home with our dinner but wait, no rice. I ring again asking why they hung up on us and why we have no rice. They rung us up initially to say they forgot the rice but then have no idea why we said we'd missed a call. Its been 40 minutes and I'm still waiting for our delivery of rice. Honestly, we thought we'd treat our selves and support the local restaurants in these trying times but unfortunately after reading that rudeness is a common occurance we won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked up my food spent $100.00 got home to find my naans were wrong and I had no rice. They said they would drop the rice off ASAP...... After 1 1/2 hours our friends had left with there kids and we rung them and told them not to bother. Real bummed and dissapointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad experience we ever had. We came for dinner on 2nd Jan 2022 around 8:15pm . It was not full we could see it was almost empty, staff came and asked do you have booking ? We said no she said ok I will check and come back . We kept waiting until 8:44 and no one came back we had kids with us and know it’s busy time and all other place will start closing at 9:30pm and we had to leave the place.
Such a bad place to go ….
