★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the service. Requested a quote to redo my kitchen almost 8 months ago and still nothing. A total waste of months of my time. Really wanted to give Southerans the job as they did the kitchen originally and they came quite quickly to measure up. I’m also wanting a new house lot of windows but will now be using Design windows for that. Not recommended at all ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star is too much. Local is not always better.Asked for a quote to replace 12 windows. They didn't bother to come over. Asked me to do the measurements myself! Once sent, no reply. Gone to the office, no better results. Sorry the owner who just reply, but the email communication had the Nulook windows logo ! Wright address, but you have the wrong attitude. 1 star is still too much

Choice of colours, right down to handles with Alana making the process very easy with Ian's vision, Steve's listening and workmanship make their team one of the best!
