They must be sick of me asking so many questions but you wouldn't know it!
The team is so happy to help in all areas, even sorted me with some "Hot" fishing spots!

β β β β β Very disappointed with service.
My Mercury 9.9 just had it's first service. When I delivered the outboard to them I asked for an estimate and was told "it could be up to $150".
When I telephoned to arrange collection I asked again how much it would cost and was told exactly the same thing.
When I went to collect it the bill was over $200. Among the items listed was an in-line fuel filter costing $42.80 plus tax. The service manual says the filter should be cleaned or replaced on the first service. The motor has done about 10 hours, and gone through about 1.5 tanks of fuel, so why did the filter need to be replaced? When I first spoke to them, if they knew the filter, spark plugs, oil, and seal costs, and their $110 hourly charge out rate, why specify a maximum of $150.
My recommendation is not to bother with servicing in general, but if you need work done, avoid these people.

β β β β β Took 10 hours to work out what was wrong then tried to charge double what the replacement part was worth. Not sure if they are really know what they are doing.

The service was professional, friendly and helpful. They went beyond and above what was required to complete the job.
I plan to continue using these guys and highly recommend them.

β β β β β Blind leading the blind at this place!. If your not sure what's wrong with your engine don'the expect these guys to figure it out fast. price gouging too! Charged double for what could be brought elsewhere for half the price!
