★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered several dishes and were disappointed in all of them. The pad Thai did not have much sauce, the seafood laksa was like a soupy curry and appeared to be made with fettuccini noodles, the duck curry had no pineapple ( despite the menu saying it did) and perhaps one half of a lychee and was not spicy at all ( despite us asking for spicy), the salt and pepper tofu was badly over cooked so that the tofu was hard like a rock. I have had better Thai food in a mall food court to be honest. Sorry to be negative here, but I wanted to bring some balance as we went here mainly because of the high ratings in google. We threw away the food after a couple of mouthfuls of each dish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl who showed us the vegan options was very lovely and knew everything that was offered. The food was also tasty. However, we were served by a man named Dan who was extremely rude and very unfriendly. He didn’t say hello and was very blunt while taking our order. After we asked for one vegan dish he proceeded to ask, very rudely, how many of the dishes would be vegan because it “is just going to slow us down”. His attitude was unacceptable considering we were ordering over six dishes. Why have vegan options if you are not prepared to make them? It was not even that busy, the food ended up only taking 15 minutes. We were going to return tomorrow with nine of us for lunch but because we are so disappointed in the service from Dan, we will not be returning ever again and will not be recommending this restaurant to anyone, vegan or not.

I’ve never had worse Asian food like what even u could get better food at an airport food court don’t waste ur money we got pad Thai (wrong chicken no sauce wrong noodles) and seafood lakse (MADE WITH FETTUCCINE PASTA NOT RICE NOODLES AND MY DADS ALLERGIC TO GLUTEN) and the curry was below average so so watery we got takeout btw it was so so bad skimpy with the toppings too it was just terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front line service is a must today, with alot of the hospitality industry struggling. With that in mind you would think JinJin's would provide better staff to handle customer concerns. Their communication is poor and rude. In times like these you need to seek improvement not kill it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed curry night! Had the beef and the duck curry. Both were delicious. The slaw that comes with the curry is really nice as well. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, although it is a bit loud since it’s a smaller area. There was outdoor seating with heaters, so we might try that next time. If you’re looking for a different place to grab some curry, I would recommend Jin Jin. I’m sure their other dishes are tasty too, but they are on the more expensive side. I will probably only come for curry night because that is more reasonably priced.
