★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front office staff are great! unfortunately doesn't apply to all staff. Kenneth Ranger was impossible to deal with and should remember he is being paid by the 'rate payer', he was unhelpful and completely disinterested. Ranger wouldn't be able to get a job in the real world.
