They helped me with funding alongside a resource consent application to trim a protected tree on my property. All of the Council staff involved kept me informed, gave guidance, and some really went the extra mile for me - which has been very much appreciated.

People skills should be followed or training given to this person . They know who they are.
Next time if someone looking for information on a subject be mindful on how you handle them. Cause word of mouth can put people off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here's hoping we get a more cycle friendly town with shared paths or cycleways to get to schools and join on to out of town trails. This bike rack outside the council has to be the smallest I have ever seen. Would be great to get a nice big rack under the front roof, to keep bikes dry and remind people that you could cycle to the library!
