★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to this vet from our breeder as they specialise in small breed dogs to get her spade. I travelled from out of town and the team were absolutely awesome. My pup had wee’d in her crate and they kindly gave me a bucket with soap and a towel to clean it so I didn’t have a mess in her crate. They also took all her bedding from her crate and offered to wash and dry it so it was clean for us to travel home with. The team were polite, informative and super caring. Can’t rate my experience high enough. Thankyou ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in this morning with the perception of my price being for a consultation fee, upon my departure had realised that the price was a few dollars under double that original price that was given to me over the phone. I understand things change but I don't think you should say an amount Over the phone. I was not prepared for that at all.. kinda blew me away a lil

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't find this vet very professional at all. Seemed more interested in her own importance rather than treating the needs of animals. Refused to see and treat my animal based on her preception/bias of me rather than the needs of the pet. Very slow to respond to communication.
