★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told me they could fill my pets prescription, but then when I got there it wasn't in the right format. They Should have told me they had a format requirement. It was from Waihi vets so had to double back and get it filled there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to bring my fur baby Cindy in with no appointment because she went missing and missed her appointment at her old vets. I was very distressed when bringing her in and crying but all the staff were so so kind and understanding. They took her in and helped her pass over the rainbow bridge, they were extremely respectful and made her last moments very peaceful. Amazing vets 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We walked in at 8am opening time with no appointment. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they took our dog into care straight away and told us we'll contact you later in the morning. The vet called me to explain what needs to be done. All went extremely well and we picked up Bramble later that afternoon.
