My shoulders and back feel a lot better after doing our sessions and it was amazing how stiff they were beforehand. The instructor, Phoebe, is very charismatic and engaging. She can often push us after a long day in the office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MatWorks pilates are awesome. Incredibly knowledgeable instructors who design classes for everyone, that are different every time. I have learnt more from these classes than all the others put together. The workouts are really targeted, and Phoebe is very attentive to making sure form is correct. And... it's fun!

Phoebe is flexible and responsive to class needs, and will always push you harder than you think you can go. I love going to my classes and having time out while doing something great for my body.

She is encouraging and challenging at the same time. The facility is very bright and comfortable. I highly recommend MatWorks.

She is very engaged, professional and friendly, coupled together with the instructor today Julie Van Renen they really create a nice environment to work out while pushing you to your abilities. Great Vibe & Great work out with excellent Instructors!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phoebe is awesome and I fell in love with Pilates thanks to her. You can choose from a large number of classes and locations (pretty handy for us busy people). Plus, Phoebe and the other instructors are chilled out and serious at the same time. They are really following you and make sure you're doing the right moves and enjoying the process. Amazing way to learn & practice Pilates! ;). Keep up the great work, guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phoebe is an extremely talented and attentive instructor. I absolutely love our sessions and would encourage anyone thinking about starting Pilates to get in touch with Matworks.
Phoebe is hands-on and able to explain every move and how it will strengthen the muscles.
As well as being incredibly competent she has a lovely demeanour and undertakes every session with the highest level of professionalism. I've recommended Phoebe to everyone I know!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very apprehensive about going to a local mat class as I knew nothing about Pilates. I did not want to go without knowing the basics. But it was difficult to find someone local who would do 1on1 with me. I found Matworks online and decided to try their 3 for 2 intro offer. I am so glad I did.
Phoebe, was totally amazing. She made my husband (who thought Pilates was not 'manly' enough and only went along 'for a look') feel right at home and very relaxed as soon as we started. Phoebe is passionate and skilled. Her instructions made us feel confident in what we were doing. She pushed us without terrifying us and we enjoyed it immensely.
So much so that my husband did the other two sessions as well.
We were now confident enough to try a local class. WHAT a mistake! The minute the session started we knew the quality of teaching wasn't even a 10th of what we had received at Matworks. Needless to say we have now signed up for the virtual classes and intend to go to the Mobile classes when we can. Thank you so much Phoebe, we feel better already.
