★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the centre and the individualised care they give my child. They take into account what his needs are and what is happening at home. Staff are extremely professional, responsive and ratios are up there with the best in Auckland. I can't recommend BestStart Dilworth enough.

She loves all the activities they organised. Management is great and caring for not only children but also families. I have already enrolled my 2nd baby to the care. Highly recommended.

He is very happy to go to centre every day, and the teacher can give patient feedback to his performance every day. I sincerely thank and trust them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Best Start Dilworth Ave Team across the board are amazing - proactive, friendly, organized, excellent communicators, and you feel a real sense of care and pride in what they do. Our son has been at Best Start for 6 months, we enjoy the confidence of leaving him at the centre knowing he's happy, well fed and being well taken care of. We love getting the online storypark updates about the day and the progress of the month. We have no hesitation recommending this centre to any parents looking for a day care for your little one. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family was introduced to Best Start by a colleague at work who has two daughters that have been there. She adores her kids and spent a lot of time researching places that had a good name and then her personal experience with the centre was also a good one.
The Dilworth Ave site had personal significance to me because I grew up there before the house was moved and a daycare set up there.
I can hand on heart say that Helen and her team at Best Start are professional, kind and caring. Every day that I drop my son there I know that he's in good hands and he's being cared for.
I really can't recommend this place highly enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at Best Start Dilworth is wonderful. Our family is very grateful for such great care and support from all the teachers and the manager. We had to leave the center as we moved to another area, but my nephew was happy there every day and couldn't wait to go back. Even after a few months, he remembers his teachers and misses them.
The team is very professional, we all appreciate your hard work and the learning opportunities you give to children!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend BestStart Dilworth to anyone who is looking for a daycare in the area! I have had both of my kids went to the center, and they absolutely love their time there. The center has a very low staff turnover. My daughter started with them in early 2017, and almost all her teachers are still working there after 4 and half years. The teachers are caring and friendly, and genuinely love the kids. The center manager Helen is considerate and always willing to help. Plus, they offer nutritious meals and extra activities. Overall the center provides an excellent environment and great support for the kids to grow, learn and play. I am very grateful for all the amazing work and effort from Helen and team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lovely, genuine and caring staff make this a very special daycare. My eldest attended for 2 years and now my baby and toddler are there too. After not having kids in daycare for a while due to the pandemic we researched other daycares to see which was the most suitable for our family especially with a baby of under 1 year old. The same teachers were there which was very reassuring. The low staff turnover creates a lovely stable environment for the children. We feel like part of a large family and have always been made to feel welcome and our children are treated with respect and kindness. Love this school, Helen and all the amazing teachers.
