★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are coming here, request to see Dr Aaron Donald, he is the best dr I have had so far. Reception is good apart from one lady who is abrupt, dosen't seem to enjoy her job, and is sometimes rude. Nurses here a great but I feel they are overworked as one of the ladys had forgotten to do a couple of things and seemed rushed when seeing me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 'Manage My Health' Patient Portal is inadequate: you can't book an appointment or arrange a refill of a standard prescription. The receptionist(s) should learn that you DO NOT answer a phone call when a customer who has taken the trouble to attend in person is already engaged in a conversation with you at the Reception Desk. This is rude and dismissive and indicates that you consider that the unknown needs of an unknown caller should be prioritised over those of the person in front of you.

Find them quite rude when calling, receptionist and nurse have argued in front of me, they don't call you back when you leave messages needing an appointment for your sick son, don't pick up phones to begin with, wait time is LONG no matter what and they have forgotten about me when I had a scheduled appointment and was sitting right in front of them...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude! Their attitude confirms why, after 12 years living here, I still drive nearly 2 hours to my doctor rather than transfer my records up here!
All I wanted was a blood test! I was told 3 times in one telephone conversation that "it'll cost $10". I confirmed that was fine & understood. I get there this morning & the first thing the receptionist says is, "it'll cost you $10". I confirmed again that I was aware of the charge. She asked me to take a seat & then came over a few minutes later to request that I pay the $10 in advance. How desperate for dollars are they, for goodness sake?! Did I really look like I was going to skip out on $10?! This is no way to attract new clients & just confirms their appalling customer service reputation! I've never had anyone make such a huge deal over such a small amount, ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think these doctors r the worst in the country if your local they never got appointments next available one is in a week's time by than your 80%healed up most of the time getting told to go to welford or whangarei which is like 30 to 50 minutes drive from maungi never really know what they looking at that's y they go on bloody Google to look at the answers and just recently dislocated my shoulder and got told to go to welsford cause didn't have a qualified doctor to put it in so I did it myself put it back in and got told their is no doctor appointments till next week like whhhhaaatttt
