I always had vip service.
And so do other people feel the same way.
you need to make an appointment.
and off course you have to wait for it.
All in all Furll Stars.
Thay are doing their best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this medical centre to anyone because they are not 100% caring. My child has been turned down for help. I have been kicked out for minor reasons lols doesn't worry me much and these people accused me for threatening them when really it was them who threatened me with the cops lols. It was a really good visit from them too. lols. No physical evidence in me actually threatening them, just painting a picture that didn't actually happen lols. I will never let my family go there again. They have unhappy workers there anyways, so it's not good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All in all the doctors are fine themselves, but the receptionists are far to efficient. They hardly give you the chance to say thank you before hanging up or transferring you. I found them very blunt which made it hard to call back when I needed to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Doctors I have seen here are lovely but the receptions are mostly rude and it makes it a very horrible place to be in. Most people who go to the doctors are not well and your first greeting should be one of kindness not rudeness surely this should be a condition of getting a job in a medical center. I always dread going to the doctors for this reason :(

I saw Dr. Tayla Forde who was amazing to deal with was nervous about seeing a new doctor but she was very professional, curiosity and just had a really friendly vibe, which made the whole experience easy.
I'm glad I went to her over my normal doctor.
I really appreciate your guys service!

Keep up the good work, ladies in the Reception, your position must sometimes be stressing, but I always am greeted by a friendly face and big smile. Thank you all.
