★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our cat had an emergency and despite their claim for a 24/7 emergency service the after-hours call centre was unable to get hold of the on-call vet.
This is the second time that I have had this experience trying to arrange for an emergency vet from this branch and been unable to get hold of their "24/7" emergency vet.
Very unreliable - if your pet has an emergency DO NOT rely on this branch for after-hours care, you may well have to try another service.
