★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave a heavy fabric jacket for dry cleaning. This is the first dry cleaner that has returned the jacket in such horrendous condition. The jacket is full of fluff and Lint from what appears to be other clothing material. Not to mention hair. A waste of $21. Feels like they tossed it into a regular washing machine rather than a dry cleaning machine.
Also, I've had to spend the last two hours Lint rolling my jacket. Return it for a second clean? How the heck is that gonna help? They'll just put more Lint on it. PISSED beyond belief at the moment.
Honestly stay clear of these jerks. So what if they do MOST of their orders well. What if you're like me and you face that 10% chance of them screwing up like this?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having used Reliance for many many years, along with my family, I was extremely disappointed that they lost a very expensive jacket. I was unable to produce a docket for the jacket, as it was accidentally disposed of during a car valet. When I attempted to pick up the jacket without the docket, they would not even look up my record, as they assumed I was dodgy and looking to steal something. I understand that this may happen from time to time, but I had every identification under the sun to give them and records going back 15 years with them. The lady on the front counter was very apologetic and did try to look for the jacket based on my description, but was unable to get authorisation from her manager to look up my record. As they clean everything in house, I feel the jacket has probably been either picked up by either a customer or an employee. Myself and my family will not be returning to Reliance, or recommending them to anyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Reliance for years for my work wardrobe to my complete satisfaction so I went to them when I needed some pretty disgusting curtains cleaned. They do not do these themselves but some credit must go to them for using the place that they do. The curtains I got back were almost unrecognisable from the ones I took in. Spotlessly clean, beautifully pressed and smelling so beautiful. It was not cheap but I could not be happier with the job done, it exceeded my expectations. So I totally recommend Reliance for everything
