Always have to call them to do check up on my child never answer the phone never in the reception anyone and they never do their part like other health clinical and book you in or communicate. Always they hide in the back and talks only. So rude receptions. Had appointment for my child and it was run went there and looking for them for half an hour and then someone noticed me then sent the reception lady which she didnβt bother to apologize or say a word. This place need to be audits and change as made full formal complaint to the ministry.
