★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Macdonald real estate have been amazing from the moment I moved into the first residual property in Carrington Street almost 4years ago till the present property were in. However it has been a little confusing at times when I'm getting messages from the landlord about things that need to be repaired etc even though I go through the real estate agent. I would prefer to have things done when they need to be done eg renovations to the home have been advised that will be done but we are still waiting for them for them to be completed or adhered to for our safety and comfort. The real estate agent has been easily contact able however and has done their utmost best to stick to their word and do as much as they can to have things fixed when asked and notified.

We had few issues, and most were resolved promptly. Those that were not, were due to factors outside Rachel's direct control.
