★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude people talking at drive through more than 1 time now, chips were cold, had very little to no sauce in the burger, the coke tasted like water, they put onions in the burger when I asked for none and we asked for an iced mocha and got a hot mocha but that just comes in at hard communication at drive through! Very dissatisfied

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No CovidTracerApp QR Code available to scan and when you ask, staff first pretend not to know what it is, then tell you it's at the window, then the next window.. I think it must be the McDonald's company line as this has happened twice now. You're the only one of the big fast food chains in the area not doing your bit; disappointing. Just keep the things up; yes we all know we don't "have to" scan but some of us more vulnerable folks feel safer doing so and it would have cost you nothing to leave them where they were and just comes across as cavalier and uncaring that you literally went to the effort to take them all down as soon as you could Yee-hah?
