★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to drive through today n ordered double mcchicken combo large and they gave me double mac burger with beef patties and we don't eat beef at all. N the only solution they had was come back to get the right order. Asked them to refund into my card n I was told not possible. Asked for restaurant manager and he was on day off so in short people on drive through don't listen to ur orders much it up fully and then leave you with no solution. Need more responsible employees I guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered 5 breakfast combos at drive through. Then were asked to park up in the front and wait. 20 minutes later staff appears, hands us two bags and says Goodbye.
I said excuse me where are our drinks? She then asked what were our drinks..I responded 2 Hot Chocolates, 1 Large Mocha, 1 Large Latte and 1 Large Ice Tea.
15 minutes later same girl returns with 2 Large Coffees without saying anything and then disappears again. Another 10 minutes passes another staff member comes and asks what we were waiting for. Again I repeated our drinks.
We wait another 20 minutes and I see the car behind me has been waiting a while too. The driver behind us goes inside and I finally decide to go in and see why there was a delay.
I approach counter and ask for my drinks. Staff were oblivious of my request. One goes makes the Ice tea, places it on the counter and walks away. I wait another 10 minutes then another staff member asks who's drink was on the counter. I say it's mine but I'm still waiting on my 2 Hot Chocolates. This was the first time a staff member apologised for the long wait, makes my Hot Chocolates and places on counter.
She apologised again but at that time I had enough. I responded sorry it's good enough, three times someone came out to the car and then I had to come inside to repeat my drinks another 2 times. Definitely not going back to this McDonald's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food delivered was cold. Delivery guy did not know where to go and the address was simple. Packed the wrong sauce when I ordered sweet n sour. Sort it out Massey!!!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pmo ordered 2x $27 shared box, with 2x Quater pounders(no pickles, onions & mustard) and 4x chicken bites, waited almost 20-25mins for our order just to get home & fricken not one single pack of chicken bites. Don't want to drive back out to the other side of mangere??

The milkshakes were really nice, smooth and cold.
They also packed napkins, spoons and straws which usually never happens at McDonald’s.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stay in Sydney Australia but I ordered some food for my family through Uber eats. My family contacted me because they received everything but the burgers. How do you forget the burgers when that is the main part of a family pack? Contacted to let you guys know about this and was told to get a refund through the Uber eats app? My family was happy to drive to your restaurant to pick up the burgers. I just don’t understand how that’s the delivery company’s fault when YOU forgot the items. Please get on top of your staff. I work at customer service myself (also fast food) and missing items from an order has nothing to do with the delivery partner.
