★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for a XL Raspberry drink they serve me an equivalent of a XS in a half filled XL cup & expect me to be happy with that. Rude servicing & didn't give me other options so I had to tell them to at least mix & fill up to the top. Presenting me a big cup with half slurpy shaped like a cremated sundae in a clear coffin by the looks of it.lol. yet demonic customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited nearly 8minutes until a Cashier came to the counter, only 1 couple waiting for their order ahead of me.
I speak clear concise kiwi english and the girl didnt have very good listening skills as I had to repeat my order 3times!
8pm not busy except for the drivethrough ample staff working.
Very poor customer service, no apology for the wait.
The couple ahead of me had a large order that took 20minutes to fill no apology to them either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is always fresh and hot. But the customer service is poor. I has a Vip sticker on my windscreen but didn't get the upgrade because they had a new updated sticker. And the retailer got angry with me because I gave back the BK chicken burger to cut in half which clearly says on the sign on there window. I would've just let it slide but it was only me I the drive-thru.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is really fresh, but the wait is a bit long for people who have no patience like I'm assuming most of these people making bad reviews have. I was served by a nice polynesian man who greeted me and my siblings with a smile and even offered cheaper options. For people looking at these reviews, go subway if you wanna complain. Also watch out for Nathan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be sure to check if you're missing an item in your order. I am a burger king fan but this store has notorious issues of missing an item in your orders. All out of 4 visits, their sundae is always unavailable during this summer season. The last time i ordered, it's missing a bacon snacker.
Note: the rebel burger was a free promotion from burger king. I told them the promocode in drive thru
