★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I have gone through drive in they have missed something from my order. Even a small order you either get straws missed out, or other items.
Seriously folks how hard is it to check your orders correctly before you give them to your customers? Reality is that it isn't hard at all.
Few times I have just driven off and not bothered to go back in and get them to fix it due to why have a drive through if I have to come back into the front counter and get it sorted?
It is a sad day when I have to write a bad review on a business where just a simple case of a double check a customer order is correct.
I really hope that this review is taken seriously and you up your service.
Bad advertising for a place I love to get food from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You ruined my day on Saturday. It was the worst experience at McDonald I have ever had. When a gentle man was yelling at your staffs that it was 22 minutes he waited to get his meal. I waited 40 minutes to get mine.
I knew that you were busy so I did not chase when heaps of people were waiting. Until my ticket was 107 but you were doing the food for 133. My order was missed, I had to ask again and again to get my food. My wife and two kids were waiting in the car for 40 minutes. You gave no apology.
You missed so many orders and you made so many mistakes when preparing to food to the customers. There are heaps of angry customers I saw on Saturday.
THIS IS THE MOST RUBBISH MCDONALD IN THE AREA. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Level 3 Lockdown drive thru experience review. Cars merging from both sides into one lane. Very busy as expected and got through within 15 mins with contactless pick-up. Food wasn't fresh, fries were soggy and burgers were a little dry. Limited "Classic" menu available only, but got my Macca's fix. Extra star for being open at Level 3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went to 2 Mcdonalds places( Wairau Park & Pakuranga).
I try to eat the new burger with cheese patty. It looks yummy and interesting. They are doing big advertisements of new burger nowadays. It is not available at all in both places. They do not advise any information about the run out of cheese patty in store.
There is no sign of that.I got the answer from the staffs. It is very disappointed and unprofessional. It shouldn’t be happened.
Staff is not kind at all. Staff doesn’t appreciate the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't know what's happened here, drive through now takes half an hour, been sitting here for 20 minutes and not even at the window to order. Suspect they've stopped hiring staff or something as they used to be great. Go to Botany instead. I would but I can't get out of the queue now. Edit: it took 50 minutes to get through drice through after turning up at 9pm, hire some staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience here was fine until my recent order where I was given a Triple Cheeseburger that was all entirely hard, I'm speaking as hard as it is for them to make a proper burger. Top and bottom buns are hard as a rock and stale, and even the patty is hard to bite into. Cheese also looks really old.
Update: Called them up asap and explained my situation, they immediately hung up and cut the line so I wasn't able to call back again.
