★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highland Park, not honest. I ordered cheese toastie crust pizzas and they sent us stuff crust. When I complained, they said Domino's does not do this. I have just watched a Domino's ad showing cheese toastie crust pizzas ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza was 40 minutes late, left on the doorstep in the rain with no notification. When I rang the store they were rude and offered no apology. I've used Other dominos stores and never experienced such bad service and quality. I would give a zero if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We mostly order delivered and it's never late. The pizza is as expected, we enjoy the value range pepperoni. I prefer the thin and crispy. Very reliable fast food, never been disappointed. Phone in and collect has also been quick and reliable on the odd occasions where we made a last minute decision on the way home. Shop is clean, contactless payment available, parking easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering my pizzas went through the quality check process, my pizza only had half its toppings, the scrolls were badly burnt and not possible to eat. To make things worst, i ordered 1 hour prior to collection, yet my pizza wasn't even started when I arrived.
It's not the first time I have experienced issues with this store, and I think I'll travel a few extra kms and go to Howick in the future as the Highland Park store is really poor (im being polite here)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved the girl who was doing the customer service, she was so lovely, nice and soft spoken. The pizza were also really really good and the toppings were properly cooked. I think this is the best dominos pizza I've ever tried.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the new garlic bread crust here. We got both the Philly Cheese Steak and Mr. Wedge on the new crust by ordering online. Ordering was easy enough.
The pizzas were ok. Some bits of the crust was raw but otherwise, it was good. The crust was interesting, and again some bits were great but other places tasted a bit bitter. The spicy shrimp was really spicy and hard but the mini Dutch pancakes were amazing, buttery and soft.
Edit: Garlic bread was a bit soft, almost like it was under cooked. The salted caramel mousse was ok, the caramal was at the bottom.
