★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The young lady behind the counter was super friendly with great customer service however the behaviour of some of the other staff left us far from impressed. We came in for a family meal and were happy to see that it wasn't busy. Unsure what may or may not have happened but we could clearly hear 2 females from out the back yelling very aggressively at another staff member. We didn't pay for dinner and a show and nor did we expect one - this really ruined the vibe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in-store around 7:20pm and was served by a lovely young lady with glasses - she instantly greeted my partner and I when we came in for dinner. It’s our first time eating in Burgerfuel so we weren’t sure what to get, she gave us great suggestions and made us feel comfortable in-store. The store was getting busy and it took a while for our food to arrive, the young lady who served us earlier brought us our food and apologised for the wait. She was genuinely really nice and has made our day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mum went into order yesterday night and she didn't know about the limited menu. When she was ordering she was kindly assisted by a young lady who patiently helped her because my mum struggles with english. Whoever you are, you have left such a positive impact on her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why are literally none of your staff wearing gloves? Theirs a mass covid outbreak yet not a single person handling food was wearing gloves?! Seriously disgusting and definitely won’t be back! Get some better hygiene & health and safety protocols!
Response to your reply: I think in a time like this, your staff wearing gloves is more important than disposable gloves going to landfill. Theirs no way you can guarantee that your staff are not infected with covid, they could be in the incubation period or asymptomatic. Then they are handling food that people put straight into their mouths. Not to mention the fact that I witnessed various staff adjusting their masks and going straight to food handling/packaging without hand washing?! If McDonalds can have staff handling burgers/food wearing gloves then so can you. Theirs no excuse, do better!

The girl serving customers was lightning fast getting orders ready yet also communicating well and very kind! The food was soo good tonight (the backfire is to die for). Will definitely be returning soon!! The wait was not too bad as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It wasn't too busy when I came by and was greeted by the person behind the counter while I was still looking through the menu on the wall. Once I was ready to order he was also ready to take it.
I ordered two burgers and a side of kumara fries and it took about 20 minutes to get it. I had it take away and was given a table number so I could sit and wait for it.
Burger itself was large and quite tasty. I really liked the onion rings on the Roadster. The kumara fries weren't as crispy as I liked but still good with the aioli. It came to around $35 for the meal.
