★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive thru system needs to improve. No cars in queue n were told to park along the side. Waited for 15 minutes n finally food came but no drinks. Waited another 10minutes, got out of car and had to ask for it!! Staff member just said ' sorry about that'! What kind of system do you have?? So unorganized! Makes no sense to bd told to mark when no cars in queue and also didnt make an iota of difference to service delivery. Owners need to be more hands on as heard same feedback from others...poor customer service. Avoid this maccas from now on!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yep, once again the drive through food is really average. At this McDonald's I've had the wrong burger, wrong drink, no straw and unsalted chips more than once. And I've only been there a handful of times! This time it was unsalted chips again and a deconstructed chicken bacon deluxe burger that looked as if it had been thrown into the box from a distance of several metres. I'd say it's probably a management problem. You accept mediocre performance from your staff and that's exactly what the customer gets. Avoid this particular mackers if at all possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always slack service at night and staff somewhat not very customer orientataed. Noticed there's always something there not working always and most of the times they say Ice cream machine & frozen drinks machines ither *NOT WORKING* OR OUT OF ORDER* OR SOMETHING ELSE...BUT IT ALWAYS SEEMS TO BE THOSE 2 ISSUES MOSTLY WHICH IS UNBELIEVABLE TBH....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to grab McDonalds without waiting too long since there's not a lot of foot traffic that goes by. The breakfast muffins are hit and miss, sometimes it's not properly toasted which makes it less enjoyable. After breakfast foods are typically fresh and well prepared.

So to the Team lead managing penrose on Saturday 23 April 2022 in the evening have some patience, when your customer are equally patient don't out rightly start blaming even though it was mistake of your trainee
